Without a roadmap.

Things come along in life that are unexpected and, we will find ourselves at a crossroad. Afraid. Confused. Without a roadmap. The choices we make in those moments can define the rest of our days. Of course, when faced with the unknown, most of us would rather turn around and go back. . But once in awhile people push on to something better-something found just beyond the pain of going at it alone and just beyond the bravery and courage it takes to let someone in. Or to give someone a second chance. Something beyond the quiet persistence of a dream. Because it's only when you're tested that you discover who you truly are. And it's only when you're tested that you discover who you can be. The person you want to be does exist, somewhere on the other side of hard work, faith and belief, and beyond heartache and fear of what lies ahead. -One Tree Hill

Actually, who are you not to be?

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us. ALL of us. And as we let our light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others. -Chloe

A good start...

There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore...and who always will.
So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future. Give this heart's message to everyone you don't want to lose in 2009...

'Be kinder than necessary because everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.'
